Job Overview

We are hiring a Site Engineer to supervise daily site activities and coordinate civil construction and interior project execution. Civil construction industry experience is mandatory.

The project location will be assigned based on the candidate’s convenience and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction and finishing activities.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, vendors and the project team.
- Check workmanship, material quality and site measurements.
- Monitor progress and report delays, material shortages or site issues.
- Track material requirements, consumption and wastage.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site photographs and labour records.




- Ensure site safety, cleanliness and proper work practices.
- Assist with inspections, snag rectification and project handover.

Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 1–2 years of civil construction industry experience is mandatory.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Practical knowledge of construction methods, materials and finishing work.
- Basic knowledge of quantity calculations and site measurements.
- Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Basic MS Excel skills for site reporting.
- Interior project experience will be an added advantage.

Accommodation

Accommodation will be provided if required. Food will not be provided.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
