Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the daily operations of the food services department, ensuring productive kitchen management and canteen services.
- Oversee industrial catering operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction through quality food products and exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years' experience in industrial catering or related field
- Strong knowledge of canteen management principles and practices.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale kitchen operations efficiently.
