SimCorp Dimension Support Engineer | 7+ Years | Pune We are seeking an experienced SimCorp Dimension Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 production support , application maintenance, incident management, and operational support for the SimCorp Dimension (SCD) platform within Capital Markets and Asset Management environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for SimCorp Dimension applications, interfaces, and business-critical processes.
- Monitor application health, batch jobs, interfaces, EOD/SOD processing, and daily operational activities.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues while performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Manage SLA-driven support activities and coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
- Support upgrades, releases, patches, deployments, and workplace management activities.
- Validate production fixes and maintain operational documentation, support runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in on-call support and ensure high application availability and stability.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with SimCorp Dimension (SCD).
- Knowledge of SimCorp architecture, workflows, modules, and integration frameworks.
