Retail Sales Executive / Showroom Sales Manager – Furniture & Interiors

We are hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Retail Sales Executive / Showroom Sales Manager for a reputed furniture and interior solutions company.

The ideal candidate should have experience in showroom sales, customer relationship management, lead conversion, and achieving sales targets, preferably in the furniture, modular kitchen, home interiors, or home décor industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily showroom walk-ins and understand customer requirements.
- Manage leads generated through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and messages.
- Understand customer budgets and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions.
- Convert prospects into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, sales plans, and maintain lead databases.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and customer requirement assessments.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
- Experience in furniture sales, modular kitchens, interior design, home interiors, or home décor is preferred.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and lead-conversion abilities.
- Target-driven, disciplined, hardworking, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable with showroom sales and site visits.
