Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, drive sales, manage staff, maintain inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall business performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate showroom sales executives and support staff.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, and product displays.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and management teams.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, billing procedures, and safety standards.
- Develop customer relationships and support repeat business.

Education : Any Degree

Experience : Minimum 5 Years

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
