Role & responsibilities:
Manage and maintain shift schedule
Responsible for training and verification
Allocation of staff daily, prepare reports, implement special shifts
Responsible for production orders and order fulfillment
Shift maintenance/ shift analysis
Ensure compliance and standardized workflows, audits
Adherence to HSSE regulations
Provides production planning / sequencing, set up improvements/ overproduction
Responsible for the training and verification
Ensures shift handovers and active participation in MEP
SMT experience is mandatory
Please note- Candidate will be working in three rotational shifts including night shift. Those comfortable for shift only apply.
