Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the SMT (Shift Management Team) to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
- Coordinate with team members to plan and execute shifts, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing stockouts or overstocking situations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Robust understanding of manpower handling, shift planning, and smt processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
