Heebee Coffee is looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Shift Supervisor to lead our café team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support the café team during shifts.

- Ensure excellent customer service and product quality.

- Manage opening/closing, cash handling, and daily operations.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and café standards.

- Monitor inventory, wastage, and stock requirements.

- Handle customer concerns professionally.

- Train and motivate team members.

- Help achieve daily sales and operational targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of café, restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.

- Previous supervisory/team-lead experience is a plus.

- Solid communication and leadership skills.

- Positive attitude and customer-first approach.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
