Roles and Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop end-to-end technical solutions on the EisnerAI Platform to automate professional services workflows.
- Design agentic frameworks covering initiation, execution, state management, logging, error handling, and agent workforce coordination.
- Implement advanced retrieval systems using Azure AI Search, vector search, semantic search, and knowledge mining.
- Lead model evaluation frameworks and execute post-training optimization for custom LLMs and specialized AI agents.
- Build data pipelines and machine learning workloads using Azure Databricks.
- Integrate platform components seamlessly across Data Management, Governance, AI, Agents, and Application layers.
- Enforce strict data governance policies, compliance,



and responsible AI practices across all platform developments.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Experience :

- 8+ years in software development with 4+ years in dedicated AI/ML architecture roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise-scale solution deployment.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficient in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and Azure Databricks.
- Strong programming skills in any Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or SQL.
- Positive to have familiarity with Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, MLOps, CI/CD, and vector databases.
