Role & Responsibilities

- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Validate ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)

- Carry out hands-on integration testing between ServiceNow and connected systems

- Test ServiceNow upgrades and patch releases for stability and compatibility

- Work with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify test scenarios

- Log and track defects using JIRA or ServiceNow Test Management

- Conduct performance and security testing to ensure system stability and compliance

- Prepare detailed test reports and recommend improvements

- Follow industry best practices and company testing standards





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2-3+ years of experience in ServiceNow testing or a related field

- Hands-on ServiceNow ITSM testing experience (must have)

- Experience testing ServiceNow upgrades and patch releases (must have)

- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies

- Proficiency in JIRA and ServiceNow Test Management

- ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) experience is an added advantage

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
