Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and support ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions.

- Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, workflows, business rules, and automations.

- Develop REST/SOAP integrations and Service Graph Connectors.

- Troubleshoot Discovery, integration, and CMDB data quality issues.

- Support onboarding of infrastructure and application data sources.

- Use AI coding tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and Amazon Q to improve development productivity.

- Build AI-assisted workflows and automation solutions.

- Follow DevOps, source control, and enterprise development practices.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Good knowledge of CMDB, ITOM, integrations, and JavaScript.

- Experience with AI-assisted coding, debugging, and automation.

- Solid communication and ability to work with global/US stakeholders.

- Ability to contribute from Day 1 with minimal ramp-up.

- Education: Any Graduate

- Skills: VS Code, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Amazon Q, Prompt Engineering
