ServiceNow Principal Architect, Solution Architects with 2+ hands-on Implementation experience

Modules we are hiring for

- ITSM IT Service Management
- ITAM Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM Pro, SAM Pro), Vendor Management
- ITOM – Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management
- HRSD – HR Service Delivery, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events
- SPM / ITBM – Project Portfolio, Demand, Resource Management, Agile 2.0
- Procurement Operations Management (Source-to-Pay)
- Finance and Supply Chain workflows
- Now Assist / AI Platform – GenAI and AI agents on ServiceNow
- Platform Analytics / Performance Analytics
- App Engine and custom application development, integrations

Roles available

- Principal Architect – own solution design for Multiple modules and lead client workshops. CTA Preferred or multiple CIS certifications Must.
- Solution Architect – lead design and build, guide developers,



handle complex scripting and integrations. Customer interactions and design. 2+ CIS certifications Preferred
- Technical Lead – run ServiceNow delivery for a portfolio of apps or digital workflows.

What we are looking for

- 12-15 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation & architect experience. Candidates with less than 10 years of ServiceNow experience should not apply.
- Implementation experience in at least one of the modules above
- Solid platform skills: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations
- CSA required; CAD and CIS certifications preferred. CTA or multiple CIS certifications preferred for architect roles.
- Good communication and experience working with business stakeholders
- Based in, or willing to work from, Hyderabad or Pune. Work from office preferred.
