About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Lead Developer with solid hands-on expertise in Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Incident Response (SIR), and ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate should have experience building SecOps workflows, integrating security tools, and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow SecOps solutions, including VR and SIR.
- Configure security workflows, incident lifecycles, vulnerability remediation, and third-party security integrations.
- Write and maintain JavaScript, Glide API scripts, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Work with Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.




- Support end-to-end implementations, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
- Follow ITIL best practices and Security Operations processes.

Mandatory Skills

- 8–10 years of relevant development experience.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow SecOps experience.
- Expertise in Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR).
- Strong JavaScript and Glide API skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Experience with end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
