Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer responsible for developing, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting SharePoint applications and technology solutions. The candidate will work closely with technical and delivery teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable and effective SharePoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, enhance, maintain, and support Microsoft SharePoint applications and solutions.
- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work on SharePoint development, customization, configuration, and application enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide ongoing production support.
- Follow industry best practices for software development, coding, testing, documentation, and version control.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads, developers, business teams, and other delivery stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily Scrum calls, sprint planning, and task discussions.
- Provide accurate effort estimations and regularly update task progress.
- Monitor assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Understand and work with both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Follow established development and version-control processes.




- Work independently while effectively collaborating with the broader project team.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft SharePoint Development.
- Experience in developing, customizing, enhancing, and supporting SharePoint applications.
- Good understanding of SharePoint architecture and development concepts.
- Experience working with SharePoint solutions, lists, libraries, permissions, and workflows.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and coding best practices.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git, TFS, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365.
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Experience with Power Automate / Power Apps.
- Knowledge of C# / .NET and API integrations.
- Experience with SharePoint migration or upgrade projects.
- Exposure to Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes.
