1. Strong ServiceNow Development Experience

Glide APIs , Business Rules ,Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Scripted REST APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, Transform Maps, Import Sets, Data Sources Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ServiceNow Workflows, Notifications, ACLs, Catalog Items, Record Producers,



Service Portal / UI Builder, Custom Applications, Scoped Applications, JavaScript development , Performance optimization, Debugging and troubleshooting.
1. Integrations : Strong integration experience.

REST APIs,SOAP APIs,IntegrationHub,GCP/Azure/AWS,SAP,Salesforce,Third-party field service applications
1. Field Service Management (FSM)

Design solutions for field service processes including: Work Orders, Work Order Tasks, Field Agents, Dispatching, Scheduling, Assignment, Skills and qualifications, Locations, Service resources, Mobile field service, Workforce management
