Role summary. Configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow capabilities supporting EAM, WDF, integrations, automation, reporting, and user experiences.

Key responsibilities

- Configure ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Develop workflows using Flow Designer.

- Build business rules, UI policies, script includes, and client scripts.

- Develop integrations using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Support WDF implementation activities and data mappings.

- Configure portals, UI Builder experiences, dashboards, and mobile applications.

- Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment.

Experience

- 4+ years ServiceNow development experience.

- Robust JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.

- Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and APIs.
