- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro solutions.
- Implement and optimize hardware and software asset lifecycle management processes.
- Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom applications.
- Manage software license compliance, reconciliation, and Effective License Position (ELP).
- Support asset discovery, CMDB alignment, data quality, and governance initiatives.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
- Automate asset provisioning, reconciliation, software reclamation, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Security, and Procurement teams.
- Lead technical design sessions and mentor junior ServiceNow developers.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience





- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or IT Asset Management.
- Robust experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITSM processes.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Azure, AWS, Okta, and ERP systems.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
