Position: ServiceNow Administrator I

Experience: 1-4 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Contract : 12 Months

Role & responsibilities

- Administer, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Manage users, groups, roles, access controls, and platform security.
- Configure workflows, Flow Designer, notifications, catalog items, and automation.
- Troubleshoot platform incidents, service requests, performance issues, and integration failures.
- Support platform upgrades, patches, instance management, and release activities.
- Maintain CMDB data quality and follow platform governance best practices.
- Support integrations and collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and support teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform stability and operational efficiency.
