Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain configuration items, records, and documentation.

- Implement and monitor Configuration Management processes and standards.

- Track changes, versions, baselines, and configuration updates.

- Conduct regular configuration audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Coordinate with IT, development, and project teams for change management.

- Maintain configuration databases and prepare regular reports.

- Ensure proper documentation and control of all configuration changes.

Requirements

- Experience in Configuration Management or IT Service Management.

- Knowledge of change management, version control, and configuration processes.

- Positive analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

- Education: Any Graduate.
