About the Role

Leading manufacturer of concrete product-making machines is looking for an experienced Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage service operations and installation activities.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure site readiness.
- Lead and allocate Service Engineers.
- Handle service tickets, reports and documentation.
- Conduct team performance reviews and manage incentives.
- Plan engineer visits, free services and operator training.
- Handle recruitment and training of Service Engineers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and improve service processes through Odoo.

Required Skills

- Good communication and customer handling.
- Service/installation experience.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
