Key Responsibilities

- Installation and Commissioning: Set up new concrete mixing, batching, and pumping equipment at client construction sites.

- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and fix complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic system failures on machinery from major makers like Schwing Stetter or Putzmeister.

- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine servicing to extend equipment life and avoid sudden site halts.

- Customer Training: Educate operators and site teams on safe machine use, daily upkeep, and basic troubleshooting.

- Service Reporting: Document service logs, spare parts usage, and root-cause failure analysis reports for management.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or ITI certification).





- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on field service experience with heavy industrial machinery or construction equipment.

- Core Skills:

- Solid working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics

- PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and electrical panel troubleshooting

- Ability to read technical and schematic diagrams

- Good communication and local client management skills

- Good Engine Knowledge should have.

- Preferred from Concrete Industry.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
