About the Internship

We are looking for Freshers who want to learn Client Service, Excel Management and Office Operations through practical work experience.

This is a 6-month learning-focused internship where the intern will work with the Service Team and learn how to manage client information, documents, Excel sheets and daily service-related work.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update Excel Sheets and client data
- Handle laptop and computer-based office work
- Maintain client records and service-related information
- Coordinate with clients over phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels
- Collect and organize client documents
- Follow up with clients for pending documents and information
- Update daily work status in Excel/CRM
- Coordinate with the internal legal/service team
- Maintain proper records of completed and pending work
- Perform daily administrative and service-related tasks

Career Opportunity Candidates who perform well during the 6-month internship may be considered for a full-time Service Associate / Service Executive position based on performance and business requirements.
