- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
We are seeking a proactive Application / Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support for industrial products. The role involves working closely with customers and the sales team to ensure optimal product performance and high customer satisfaction across the Bangalore region or Ahmedabad region.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of products at customer sites.
- Provide technical and application support to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve product-related issues and complaints.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer training programs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and R&D; teams for technical requirements.
- Prepare service reports and maintain service records.
- Support customers in product selection and application optimisation.
- Ensure timely closure of service requests and customer concerns.
- Travel within the assigned region for customer visits and support activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in Application Engineering or Service Engineering.
- Good knowledge of installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
