Strong customer service mindset and relationship management skills

Analytical approach to fault diagnosis and root cause analysis

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to take ownership and drive service resolutions

Effective planning and prioritization of service visits

Handles customer and company information confidentially

Flexible to travel and work under varying customer conditions

Support on weekends when required

Key Responsibilities

Install, commission and maintain Storopack equipment at customer locations.





Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and operational equipment failures.

Deliver timely and professional field service support to customers.

Ensure maximum machine availability and customer satisfaction.

Provide technical guidance and operator training to customers.

Coordinate with Sales, Service and Operations teams for issue resolution.

Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and service quality enhancement.

Ensure compliance with company safety standards and customer site requirements.

Manage assigned territory and service schedules effectively.
