Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Cashier to handle cash transactions, billing, receipts, and daily cash records. The ideal candidate should be honest, accurate, and comfortable dealing with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Generate bills, invoices, receipts, and maintain transaction records.
- Receive payments and provide the correct change to customers.
- Verify prices, discounts, and billing details.
- Maintain accurate daily cash and transaction reports.
- Reconcile cash at the end of each shift/day.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cash counter.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams when required.
- Report any cash discrepancies or payment-related issues to the supervisor.




- Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.

Requirements
- graduate preferred.
- Previous cashier or billing experience will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of billing software/POS systems is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
