Logic Fusion Private Limited is looking for a Service Coordinator to coordinate service requests, manage customer communication, schedule technicians, and ensure timely closure of service-related activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple service requests simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a professional attitude.
- Prior experience in service coordination, customer support, or technical coordination will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹9,200.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
