We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their vehicle service requirements, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery with a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer vehicle complaints and service requirements.

- Prepare and explain repair and service estimates to customers.

- Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress.

- Keep customers updated about service status, cost, and delivery time.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Ensure vehicles are properly protected, cleaned, and ready for delivery.





- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

- B.Tech / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

- 1–5 years of experience in the automobile industry is preferred

Skills:

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills

- Basic knowledge of automobiles

- Good coordination and follow-up skills

- Customer-focused attitude

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
