Job Summary

Khandelwal Suzuki is looking for a customer-focused and technically oriented Service Advisor to join our Service Department. The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth service experience, accurate communication, timely vehicle delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand vehicle/service requirements.
- Prepare accurate job cards, estimates, and invoices.
- Explain repair costs, service requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Monitor job progress and keep customers updated.
- Recommend additional repairs/services and obtain customer approval.
- Conduct final vehicle inspection and explain completed work at delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow Suzuki service standards.
- Build customer relationships, follow up after service, and support workshop revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of automobile servicing and basic vehicle systems.
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills.




- Ability to understand and explain technical issues in simple language.
- Valuable negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of computers and service/workshop management software.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians, parts staff, and other departments.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a professional approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service delivery timelines.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Candidates with relevant automobile service experience may also be considered.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in an automobile dealership, workshop, service centre, or automotive service industry preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
