Service Advisor

Location: Adoor

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle complaints and service requirements.
- Prepare accurate job cards and explain service/repair requirements and estimated costs.
- Coordinate with technicians and monitor live workshop operations to ensure timely completion.
- Obtain customer approval for additional repairs or work.
- Handle warranty jobs and required documentation properly.
- Check vehicle/service quality before delivery and ensure the customer's concern is resolved.
- Explain completed work, replaced parts, billing and maintenance requirements at delivery.
- Conduct second-day follow-up and collect customer feedback.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Support PSF, Google Reviews, AMC and pre-service activities.




- Maintain customer and service details in the DMS/software.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager, Spare Parts, Technicians and Head Office.
- Support achievement of service, labour, revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain proper communication, discipline and qualified standards in the workshop.

Candidate Requirements

- Automobile/Mechanical qualification preferred.
- Experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership/workshop will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills may also apply.
- Basic computer/DMS knowledge.
- Good communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Customer-focused, responsible and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
