The company provides property consultation, project development, and post-sale support, with 100+ completed and 50+ ongoing projects.

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented SEO Specialist / Executive to improve the company’s search visibility and generate organic leads through its website and local listings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct keyword research and build keyword strategies for property and location-based searches.
- Execute technical SEO: site audits, page speed, indexing, schema, sitemap, and crawl-error fixes.
- Optimise on-page elements including titles, meta tags, headings, internal links, and content structure.
- Build quality backlinks and manage off-page activities such as directory listings and guest posts.
- Manage local SEO: Google Business Profile, citations, and reviews for Berhampur and Bhubaneswar.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and leads, and report progress every month.




- Work with the content and web teams to publish search-optimised pages and blogs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline, preferably Marketing, IT, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush / Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Understanding of Google algorithm updates and current SEO best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Wix/WordPress.
- SEO certifications are an added advantage.
- Professional attitude with problem-solving capability.
