Role Overview:

We are looking for an SEO Specialist who can take ownership of BluBridge's organic search strategy and drive measurable growth in search visibility, qualified organic traffic, technical authority, and inbound opportunities.

This role sits at the intersection of SEO, technology, and organic growth. You will work closely with content, engineering, research, and business teams to build BluBridges organic search presence around advanced AI products and deep-tech initiatives. You will contribute to search visibility, technical authority, content strategy, qualified organic traffic, and long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with BluBridges business objectives, focusing on long-term organic growth, visibility, and qualified traffic.
- Manage technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO to strengthen website performance, search rankings, and overall organic presence.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and search intent analysis to identify valuable search opportunities and content gaps.
- Build SEO roadmaps and growth plans with explicit priorities, quick wins, technical improvements, and long-term organic opportunities.
- Develop topic clusters and content strategies around AI, ML, LLMs, AI infrastructure, model development, and deep-tech engineering.
- Identify high-value search opportunities targeting enterprises, developers, researchers, AI practitioners, and other relevant technical audiences.




- Plan and optimize technical content including blogs, research articles, solution pages, landing pages, case studies, and thought-leadership content.
- Optimize website structure and technical SEO elements including metadata, internal linking, schema, URLs, crawlability, indexability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Develop off-page and authority-building strategies including quality backlink opportunities, technical publications, and relevant industry platforms.
- Track, analyze, and improve SEO performance using rankings, organic traffic, CTR, conversions, backlinks, and tools such as GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.

What We Are Looking For:

- Professional experience in SEO, Technical SEO, Content SEO, or Organic Search Growth.
- Strong understanding of search intent, topical authority, technical SEO, and user behavior.
- Ability to understand AI/ML and deep-tech topics and translate them into search-optimized content.
- Strong combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on SEO execution.
- Ability to independently identify growth opportunities and drive measurable organic results.

- Experience working with technology, AI, SaaS, startups, or B2B/knowledge-led brands.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
