We Do Effects is looking for a highly talented and experienced SEO Expert to join our growing digital marketing team in Delhi.

We’re looking for someone who understands SEO beyond basic keyword placement and can develop and execute strategies that improve organic visibility, rankings, qualified traffic and overall website performance.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

SEO Strategy & Keyword Research

- Develop SEO strategies based on business goals and target audiences
- Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis
- Identify high-value keywords and new organic growth opportunities
- Build keyword mapping and content strategies
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic search performance

On-Page SEO

- Optimise website pages, landing pages and blog content
- Optimise title tags, meta descriptions, headings and internal linking
- Improve URL structure and content optimisation
- Identify content gaps and recommend new content opportunities
- Ensure websites follow SEO best practices

Technical SEO

- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify website issues
- Analyse crawling, indexing and website architecture
- Work on sitemap, robots.txt, canonicalisation and redirects
- Identify broken links, duplicate content and other technical issues
- Improve website speed, mobile usability and overall SEO health
- Coordinate with developers when technical changes are required

Off-Page SEO

- Develop effective link-building strategies
- Research relevant and quality backlink opportunities
- Monitor backlink profiles and identify potential toxic links
- Competitor backlink analysis
- Focus on building relevant, authority-driven backlinks rather than low-quality links

Local SEO

- Optimise and manage Google Business Profiles
- Local keyword research and location-based SEO




- Improve local search visibility and business listings
- Analyse local competitors and ranking opportunities

SEO Tools & Reporting

- Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console & Google Analytics/GA4
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog or similar platforms
- Track rankings, organic traffic, clicks, impressions and conversions
- Prepare regular SEO reports and performance insights
- Analyse data and continuously improve SEO strategies

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical & Local SEO
- Valuable understanding of Google algorithms and SEO best practices
- Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills
- Practical experience with SEO tools and reporting platforms
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Good understanding of content optimisation and search intent
- Ability to manage multiple websites/projects
- Agency experience will be an added advantage
- We’re especially looking for someone talented, proactive, detail-oriented and performance-driven

ROLE DETAILS

Position: SEO Expert

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month

Location: Delhi

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
