About the Role In this role, you will take hands-on accountability for every pillar of searchfrom technical site health and AI search visibility (GEO/AEO) to keyword research, full-site optimization, and backlink strategies. You will directly guide content teams using search-intent analysis to engineer content built both to capture high-value organic traffic and to naturally attract high-authority backlinks.

Key Responsibilities

Keyword & Link Intent Research:Conduct in-depth keyword analysis, search-intent mapping, and content-gap audits to identify target topics that drive qualified traffic and attract natural backlinks.

Content Planning for Link Building: Collaborate with content teams to plan linkable assets (industry statistics, tools, research reports, hub pages) engineered around strategic keyword clusters to maximize off-page outreach success.

Topic Clusters & On-Page SEO: Architect end-to-end content topic clusters, detailed content briefs, and keyword-mapped landing pages to establish domain relevance and drive sustainable traffic growth.





AEO & GEO Optimization:Optimize brand presence for featured snippets, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to win citations across AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE/AI Overviews).

Technical & Off-Page Alignment: Perform technical audits, internal linking structures, and schema markups to ensure search engines and outreach targets can discover and value your content assets.

Analytics & Growth Tracking:Monitor organic search traffic, keyword ranking velocity, backlink acquisition metrics, and conversions using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.

Requirements

Proactive, self driven and learning enthusiast

Experience: 24 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS workplace or a digital agency managing enterprise accounts.

Domain Exposure: Familiarity with optimizing search journeys for complex sales models, high-consideration B2B products, or enterprise manufacturing/distribution ecosystems is strongly preferred.

Modern Search & Technical Mastery: Solid grasp of technical SEO, schema implementation, AEO, GEO, and intent-driven content planning.

Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and GA4 to turn search data into actionable content and link-building roadmaps.
