Job Summary

Design Pundit Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an SEO Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to manage and execute SEO activities for multiple client websites.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical and Local SEO, along with basic knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Handle On-Page, Off-Page, Technical and Local SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs and internal linking.
- Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile.
- Conduct website SEO audits and identify optimization opportunities.
- Plan and execute ethical link-building and backlink activities.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic and SEO performance.
- Identify and resolve basic technical SEO issues.
- Optimize content for featured snippets, People Also Ask and AI-generated search results.
- Support AEO and GEO strategies for improved visibility across modern search and AI platforms.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and performance insights.




- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends and AI search developments.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of practical SEO experience.
- Good understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical and Local SEO.
- Basic understanding of AEO and GEO.
- Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog or similar.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile.
- Understanding of keyword research, content optimization, backlink analysis and competitor research.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Schema Markup and WordPress.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred
- Experience working with an advertising or digital marketing agency.
- Experience handling multiple client websites.
- Knowledge of AI search, Google AI Overviews and generative search.
- Understanding of E-E-A-T, topical authority and entity optimization.
