Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex web features.

- Define web architecture and maintain shared libraries and design systems.

- Optimize SSR, performance, and Core Web Vitals.

- Ensure security, reliability, and observability for critical user flows.

- Define testing strategies and improve test coverage.

- Manage accessibility, internationalization, and localization.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams.

- Mentor engineers and lead code reviews and technical discussions.

- Improve CI/CD pipelines, releases, and incident management.

Requirements

- Experience building large-scale web applications.

- Experience leading projects or teams.

- Expert in TypeScript, HTML, CSS/Tailwind, and SSR frameworks.

- Solid knowledge of web architecture, microfrontends, caching, and APIs.

- Experience with Azure CI/CD and SSR frameworks.

- Strong understanding of performance, accessibility, security, and scalability.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
