You'll take a brief and deliver polished, on-brand video and design work with very little supervision — editing, animating, and designing across video ads, social content, and brand creatives.

You'll also help raise the standard of the junior team members around you.

What you'll do

- Own end-to-end video production: editing, colour correction, sound sync, motion graphics, and final export for multiple platforms
- Create motion graphics in After Effects, including kinetic text, product callouts, and transitions
- Design high-quality static creatives for online and offline use — ad banners, thumbnails, and brand assets — using Photoshop and Illustrator
- Deliver high volume work on tight turnarounds without compromising quality
- Translate briefs from marketing and creative teams into strong visual concepts, and suggest improvements to the brief where needed
- Build and maintain reusable templates, presets, and project files so the team can work faster
- Work with external agencies and internal teams, taking feedback and closing revisions quickly
- Explore and use Gen AI tools to speed up ideation, asset creation, and editing workflows

What you'll need

- 3–6 years of skilled experience in video editing and graphic design
- Strong, fast editing skills with proven experience in motion graphics




- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (primary editing tool)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects (motion graphics)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (graphic design)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or any other vector-based software (logos, icons, layouts)
- Strong sense of typography, colour, layout, pacing, and storytelling
- Proven ability to handle high volume work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to guide or mentor junior team members
- Good communication skills and a positive response to feedback
- A portfolio or showreel — share your best video edits, motion graphics, and design work

Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with Gen AI tools for image, video, or design workflows
- Good command of English
- Experience with Canva or similar online design/editing platforms (CapCut, Figma, VEED, etc.)
