Lemora Global is expanding its US recruitment division and is looking for an experienced Senior US Recruiter with a proven track record in Engineering and Non-IT hiring.

This role is ideal for recruiters who thrive on identifying exceptional talent, building relationships with candidates, and successfully closing hard-to-fill positions across the United States.

You will partner with leading organizations across Manufacturing, Aerospace, Construction, Energy, Automotive, Supply Chain, Insurance, Finance, Legal, Healthcare, and Professional Services sectors.

What You'll Do:

✅ Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based direct hire and contract positions

✅ Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS databases, referrals, networking, and advanced Boolean searches

✅ Recruit for Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Construction, Supply Chain, Accounting, Insurance, Healthcare, Legal, and other professional positions

✅ Conduct candidate screening, qualification, and interview preparation

✅ Build talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles

✅ Present qualified candidates with comprehensive evaluations and recommendations

✅ Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

✅ Extend offers, negotiate compensation,



and guide candidates through onboarding

✅ Consistently achieve recruitment and placement goals

What We're Looking For:

✔ 5+ years of US Recruitment experience

✔ Solid success in Engineering and Non-IT recruiting

✔ Experience recruiting for Direct Hire / Permanent Placement and Contract positions

✔ Advanced sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Boolean Search

✔ Ability to assess candidate qualifications, technical expertise, and cultural fit

✔ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

✔ Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced staffing or recruitment agency environment
