Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to design intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and founders to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant user experiences. You will take ownership of UX decisions, contribute to design systems, and mentor junior designers when needed.

Your work will directly impact parents, teachers, schools, and learners using GoSuper’s platforms every day.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile products
- Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, flows, and prototypes
- Create high-quality UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and design systems
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into designs
- Maintain and evolve design systems, components, and interaction patterns




- Collaborate closely with product managers to define UX strategy and priorities
- Work with engineers to ensure accurate and efficient design implementation
- Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards (WCAG basics
- Review designs for consistency, clarity, and scalability across platforms
- Participate in design critiques, reviews, and cross-functional discussions
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong design culture
- Continuously improve UX based on analytics, user behavior, and feedback

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- Robust portfolio showcasing UX thinking, problem-solving, and UI craft
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma preferred)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and design thinking
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design approaches
- Understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail with a user-first mindset

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience designing SaaS, EdTech, or consumer-facing products
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working closely with frontend engineers




- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for design handoff
- Experience conducting usability testing or user interviews
- Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior designers
