Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Travel Consultant.

The Senior Travel

Consultant will design and manage customized travel itineraries for domestic and international clients, including leisure and corporate travelers.

Responsibilities include advising clients on destinations, accommodations, transport options, and activities; handling reservations and ticketing; and coordinating complete travel arrangements in line with client budgets and preferences. The role involves managing end-to-end travel bookings,



resolving customer queries, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining accurate records of itineraries and payments.

The Senior Travel

Consultant will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize packages, negotiate rates, and support ongoing client relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills for creating and overseeing comprehensive itineraries.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, hotels, transport, and activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to support travelers before, during, and after their trips.
- Candidates should possess robust communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and vendor coordination.
- Experience with GDS or online booking tools, and knowledge of international destinations and visa requirements, is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple bookings, and meet deadlines is required.
- Prior experience in a senior travel consultant or similar role, preferably in leisure and corporate travel, is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
