Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Travel Consultant to manage Thailand travel inquiries from B2B partners. The role involves preparing accurate quotations and itineraries using company software, hotel rates, tour options and transfer details.

The successful candidate will understand agent requirements, develop suitable proposals, process amendments efficiently and follow up consistently to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and timely responses are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inquiries from travel agents and tour operators via telephone, WhatsApp and email.

- Prepare customized Thailand quotations and itineraries using company software and current rates.
- Recommend suitable hotels, tours and transfers based on travel dates, budgets and guest requirements.
- Verify pricing, inclusions,



exclusions and itinerary details before sending proposals.
- Revise quotations and itineraries promptly in response to agent feedback.
- Follow up on quotations, resolve queries and support booking conversions.
- Maintain accurate inquiry records, follow-up schedules and statuses in the company system.
- Coordinate confirmed requirements with the reservations and operations teams.
- Submit timely daily reports covering quotations, follow-ups, conversions and pending inquiries.

Qualifications

- Experience in travel quotations, itinerary planning, travel sales or outbound tour packages.

- Knowledge of Thailand as a destination is preferred.
- Ability to understand agent requirements and prepare accurate, commercially viable proposals.
- Strong English and Hindi communication skills, with professional telephone and written communication abilities.
- Confidence in managing B2B relationships and following up to secure confirmations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email and travel quotation software.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Education in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality or Business is preferred.
- Experience with a travel agency, tour operator or DMC is an advantage.
- Availability to work full-time from our Lucknow office.
