Location: Sector 62, Noida

Role: US IT Recruiter

Experience: 3–6 Years

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong hands-on experience in US IT Staffing.
- Solid experience with W2 amp & C2C / Corp-to-Corp recruiting.
- Experience working with US staffing vendors amp & implementation partners.
- Valuable knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, visa types amp & US work authorization.
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards amp & other channels.




- Good negotiation, follow-up amp & candidate management skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
