We’re Hiring | Senior Telemarketing Executive

LINQ Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. – IQ-HUB is looking for an experienced Senior Telemarketing Executive to join our Telemarketing / Event Calling Team in Vadodara .

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat – On-site

Experience: 3–7 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Salary: As per interview & experience

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle outbound calls and follow-ups with international clients.
- Manage calling, WhatsApp, and email outreach activities.
- Oversee event data allocation and segregation.
- Maintain daily call sheets and sales tracking reports.
- Monitor outreach performance and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Data Mining teams.




- Identify process gaps and improve outreach efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3–7 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Event Calling.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
