Job Summary

WeShine Academy is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Telecaller with 4+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or educational counselling. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, managing leads, driving admissions, achieving sales targets, and supporting the telecalling team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students and parents.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable competitive exam coaching programs.
- Follow up consistently with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain and update lead details, follow-ups, and conversion status in CRM.
- Prioritize hot, warm, and pending leads for effective conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with the branch and academic teams for smooth admission processing.
- Guide and support junior telecallers whenever required.




- Maintain professional communication with students and parents.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, educational counselling, or admissions.
- Strong Tamil communication and convincing skills.
- Good English communication skills will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in lead conversion and target achievement.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to independently handle leads and follow-ups.
- Experience in the education/coaching industry is preferred.
- Candidates with team-handling or senior telecalling experience will be preferred.
