Spectral Consultants is hiring a Product Engineering Leader with 22+ years of technology experience to lead large-scale Product Engineering, Modernization, Quality Engineering and AI Transformation initiatives.

This is a strategic technology leadership opportunity for someone who combines robust engineering depth, enterprise modernization expertise, AI-first transformation and large-scale technology leadership .

? What You Will Drive The role will focus on transforming how complex technology platforms are designed, engineered, modernized and delivered , with a strong emphasis on:

✔ Enterprise System Design & Engineering Excellence – driving scalable, resilient architectures, modern engineering practices, technical governance and developer experience.

✔ Java, Cloud, AI & DevOps – providing technical direction across modern application engineering, cloud platforms, APIs, CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability and AI-enabled engineering.

✔ Legacy Modernization – leading large-scale, application modernization, modularization, API enablement and cloud adoption.

✔ AI-First Engineering & Agentic SDLC – evolving traditional SDLC towards an AI-first / Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC) and embedding AI across development, testing, code review, defect analysis, release and production support.

✔ Quality Engineering Transformation – moving towards automation-first, continuous and AI-assisted Quality Engineering , including test automation, regression optimization, quality gates, AI-assisted testing and quality analytics.

? Scope & Business Impact The leader will drive measurable improvements in:

The role will also involve partnering with senior technology, product, architecture and business stakeholders , while leading large engineering teams, strategic partners and complex transformation initiatives. ?Knowledge, Skills & Experience

✔ 22+ years of overall technology experience

✔ Senior leadership experience in Productj Engineering

✔ Strong System Design & Architecture expertise

✔ Deep understanding of Java, Cloud, AI/GenAI and DevOps

✔ Proven experience leading modernization

✔ Track record of AI-first engineering, Agentic AI or AI-assisted SDLC transformation

✔ Enterprise-scale Quality Engineering / QA Automation transformation experience

✔ Experience managing large engineering organizations, budgets and strategic technology partners

✔ Strong executive stakeholder and transformation leadership skills

✔ Ability to balance innovation with security, quality, resilience and governance
