Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and experience in managing calling activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers to convert them into business opportunities.
- Explain company products, services, and offers clearly to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information, call records, and follow-up details in the CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer objections, queries, and complaints effectively.




- Monitor and support junior telecalling executives to improve team performance, where required.
- Prepare daily calling reports and share performance updates with the reporting manager.
- Ensure qualified communication and maintain good customer relationships.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Leadership and team coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any Degree is required.
- 2–4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Candidates with team-handling experience will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
