We are a US-based product company.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our Engineering organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, QA, UX, and Support teams to create high-quality technical documentation for enterprise software products.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end documentation delivery for assigned product areas.
- Create user guides, online help, release documentation, and knowledge content.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, QA, UX, and Support teams.
- Develop content using structured authoring and topic-based writing methodologies.




- Create and maintain API documentation.
- Review and improve UI text and user guidance.
- Develop in-app guidance using Pendo.
- Use AI-assisted tools to improve content quality and productivity.
- Manage documentation projects in Agile environments.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of Technical Writing experience
- MadCap Flare
- GitHub/Git
- Agile/Scrum
- SaaS or Enterprise Software Documentation
- Structured Authoring / Topic-Based Authoring
- API Documentation
- Jira
