Tech Consulting is a US-based technology consulting company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia , providing technology and IT consulting solutions to clients across the USA.

We are expanding our recruitment team and are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters who can work independently and support technical hiring requirements across the US market.

About the Role

As a US IT Recruiter , you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT requirements. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand technical requirements, source qualified candidates, manage pipelines, and support the hiring process through closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, and other sourcing channels .
- Recruit for technical roles across multiple technologies.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Assess candidates based on technical experience, availability, location, and work authorization.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure regular follow-ups.




- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Support offer negotiations and offer closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure quality candidate submissions and timely closures.
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate information in the ATS.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on US IT Recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for Technology Consulting, IT Consulting, or IT Services companies preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the US staffing and recruitment process.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and Boolean/X-Ray search .
- Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Good understanding of US work authorization and hiring practices.
- Experience recruiting for multiple technical skill sets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment .
- Willingness to work according to US time zones .
- Immediate joiners preferred.
