Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media and other channels.

- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.

- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer and joining.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sourcing and candidate-handling skills.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
