Job Title: Senior Store Executive

Location: Chakan, Pune

Experience: 4–8 Years (Minimum 3 years in SAP Business One)

Industry: Engineering / Industrial Equipment Manufacturing/ Oil & Gas

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end store operations, including material receipt, storage, and issue.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Maintain inventory records and process all transactions in SAP Business One.
- Issue materials to production/assembly as per BOMs and approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels, reorder points, shortages, and excess inventory.
- Conduct cycle counts, physical stock verification, and stock reconciliation.
- Manage FIFO/LIFO/FEFO practices and ensure proper material preservation.




- Track subcontracting/job-work materials and reconcile vendor returns.
- Prepare stock, ageing, shortage, and inventory MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, Accounts, and Project teams.
- Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and safety standards in the store.
- Supervise store assistants and ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.

Key Skills: SAP Business One, Inventory Management, Stock Reconciliation, MS Excel, Material Documentation, FIFO/LIFO/FEFO, Team Coordination.
