About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer / Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, Python, Flask and MySQL, along with practical knowledge of modern AI/LLM technologies, Agentic AI, automation and Docker.

The candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, designing scalable solutions, developing secure and high-performance applications, building APIs, integrating third-party services and working on automation and AI-powered solutions.

We are looking for someone who can independently handle complex development tasks, troubleshoot existing applications, improve performance and contribute to the design and development of new systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Design, develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Develop backend APIs, automation services and utilities using Python and Flask.
- Design and manage relational databases using MySQL.
- Build and integrate secure REST APIs and third-party services.
- Develop workflow automation, scheduled jobs, background processes and notification systems.
- Work with Docker and Docker Compose for development and deployment environments.
- Optimise application performance, database queries and system scalability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and maintain existing applications.
- Write clean, reusable, secure and well-documented code.
- Work with Git and follow structured source-control and development practices.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.

AI / LLM & Agentic AI Responsibilities:

- Integrate modern AI and Large Language Model APIs into business applications.
- Work with platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or equivalent technologies.
- Build AI-powered features using structured prompts, secure API integrations and validated outputs.
- Develop Agentic AI workflows involving tool/function calling, API orchestration,



multi-step task execution, workflow automation and human approval checkpoints where required.
- Work with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings/vector retrieval, context management, structured outputs and AI-assisted document/data processing.
- Evaluate new AI technologies and identify practical use cases for business applications.
- Ensure secure handling of business and client data while implementing AI solutions.

Technical Skills: Core Development: PHP, Laravel, Python, Flask, MySQL, MVC Architecture

API & Integration: REST APIs, JSON, OAuth/OAuth2, API Authentication, Webhooks, Third-party Integrations

Performance: Database Optimisation, Query Optimisation, Indexing, Application Performance Troubleshooting

Preferred Skills:

- JavaScript and up-to-date frontend technologies

Candidate Profile:

- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP, Laravel and MySQL.
- Practical experience with Python and Flask.
- Comfortable working with APIs, automation and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Docker and modern development environments.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, scalability and performance optimisation.
- Practical exposure to AI, LLMs and Agentic AI development.
- Ability to independently understand, troubleshoot and enhance existing applications.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Good communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
